The disappearance of the US dollar bill - and yet gold continues to rise

Photo of The disappearance of the US dollar bill - and yet gold continues to rise

This is the latest book by Mr. Soejima (as of 26.6.29), and since the price of gold and silver hit the highest price at the beginning of this year, there are many situations where price drops occur, and I was waiting for his book because I wanted an explanation for that. I was relieved that they explained it thoroughly in the book.

I understand that now is the time to buy (in particular, silver coins: around 115,500 yen per coin on 2026.6.29). It seems that gold and silver coins can no longer be bought at shops around the world, and Japan seems to be in a special (very blessed) environment in a sense, so I don't know how long this state of affairs will last, but I thought it would be good to buy them now.

Also, until now, Mr. Soejima only introduced “Noguchi Coin,” which has NI in Hakata City, Fukuoka Prefecture, but from this book, he also introduced “Coin Palace in Shin-Kobe,” and since Shin-Kobe is a station used by bullet train when returning home, I wanted to visit if I had the chance.

Below are the points I was concerned about.

・The cryptocurrency that America plans to introduce is about to change to the current US dollar 100 dollar bill, and what is important here is that this cryptocurrency is not issued by a central bank or government, but is issued by private companies as issuers, and the law guarantees it as currency. Japan is also being dragged by this movement, and the 10,000 yen bill will eventually stop being used in Japan (P4) it will be 3 years from now (P65)

・The current price of silver is 500 yen (= 1 oz in the 80 dollar range) for 1 gram, which is still too cheap, so it will be 10 times the current price of 5,000 yen per gram. If you replace this with gold coins and silver coins, gold coins currently double to about 1.8 million yen, and silver coins currently double to about 1.8 million yen, and now 16,000 yen is 10 times 160,000 yen. However, it will take years for this to happen (P19)

・What is the reason why the price of gold fell from February this year It seems that this is because the Gulf countries in the Middle East needed dollar cash for settlement at that time, so they sold the money they held in a hurry (P42)

・The ratio of gold to silver has always been 15 to 1, and gold was always 15 times the price of silver. This worked in ancient Greece, ancient Roman Egypt, and 16th century Europe. In terms of the current ratio of gold to silver, the price of silver should be 5 times the current price; if gold reaches the target of 10,000 dollars per ounce, which is double the current price, it is natural that the silver price will become 4000 yen per gram at 60070 dollars per ounce, so it will be 10 times the current price of silver (P50)

・My advice is that you should buy silver coins, and you should buy them online at “Noguchi Coin” or “Coin Palace” (P54)

・Once the global supply shortage of silver is revealed on the ground, the price of silver will rise rapidly. The target is $670 per ounce, which is 10 times the current price. The main reason is that silver is absolutely necessary for various industries. Silver is essential for heat conductors in solar panels, electric vehicles, and semiconductors. And 80% of the current silver inventory on Earth is occupied by China (P61)

・ When the 100 dollar bill runs out, Japan's 10,000 yen bill will also disappear in conjunction with it. The dollar devalues to 1/10 at this time, and this is called a “round down.” The current 150 yen per dollar is 15 yen per dollar. The value of the Japanese yen will rise tenfold. At this time, the huge amount of US bonds that Japan has held for many years became 1/10 worth and actually ran out of paper (P98)

・Trump decided to “tokenize assets” by quickly putting Ethereum on the staple coin formula in order to rebuild the current tattered financial system based on dollars and US bonds. This is “digital currencization to prevent the impending collapse of the dollar” (P111) America will overthrow huge hidden national debts up until now and create a new token-type digital currency (P114)

・Unlike Bitcoin, Ethereum has assets supporting collateral, guarantees, and real assets. Tether has deposit assets of 135 billion dollars = 20 trillion yen. These are held and managed with US bonds and gold (P113)

・ 2026/5 Trump went to Beijing to meet with Xi Jinping, and what the two really seriously talked about was “how much will America sell Taiwan to China.” The real balance of US bonds that America has against China is 20 trillion dollars = 3000 trillion yen, and America cannot repay it, so it's a story where America peacefully sells Taiwan to China in order to make half of the total amount. And America will lower its line of defense to the “territorial waters of Guam and Hawaii” (= 2nd Archipelago Line) (P147)

・The cumulative budget deficit of the American government is 38 trillion dollars = 6000 trillion yen, and this is a debt that has come to the surface without any help; there is 1 trillion dollars in interest alone, in other words, 160 trillion yen must be returned every year, but it cannot be returned. So it has no choice but to accumulate it to the principal amount every year (P152), but the actual cumulative budget deficit of the United States (including 50 states and 40 major cities) is not this easy; it is 10 times that 308 trillion dollars = 6 Beijing yen (P154)

・ Don't buy NISA you will eventually be forced to lose a lot; currently, about 10 million Japanese citizens are buying NISA, but that is not a normal stock purchase. Forced to buy American mutual funds (P155)

・2026/2/2 When President Trump announced rare earths as “strategic minerals related to national security,” “silver (= can be harvested together with copper and lead)” was added here, and when these were planned to begin national stockpiling, Trump inspected and signed an executive order, and since then Peru and Mexico in South America have begun to spare sales (P240)

・The US Mint announced on 1/17 that “silver coins cannot be sold unless they are 173 dollars (COMEX price is 75 dollars) per sheet,” and it is not conveyed to Japan as news. We Japanese must know what is happening in the world (P242,252)
